Mayo Medical Transport provides a full range of high quality medical transportation services to patients—by ground and in the air, across town or around the world. Mayo MedAir is one component of this family of medical transportation services, which also includes ground ambulance, emergency helicopter service and an emergency communications center.

While the Mayo Clinic brand has an outstanding reputation, the medical transport service is generally lesser known, and even then, is known mostly to those who have specified or used the service. While the service was respected, it was perceived as limited in scope by the speed and availability of aircraft.

We developed a campaign to help create awareness of the high quality of Mayo Medical Transport’s service, as demonstrated by the addition of a new jet-powered, fixed wing air transport service for patient transfers, the care provided during the flight and the equipment used to safely conduct the transport.
